We will touch on the physiological changes that occur during each trimester and appropriate exercises for each stage of pregnancy. Learn why the pregnant woman should never perform an abdominal crunch. Walk away with exercises that will increase functionality, improve posture, and reduce back pain in your prenatal clients and group fitness participants.
