Maureen Hagan
Mo Hagan is a licensed physiotherapist (BScPT) and Physical Health Educator (BA PE), ACE, canfitpro, CALA certified and award winning fitness instructor and program director professional. Maureen is best known in the fitness industry as “Mo” and she has been teaching, training and traveling the world for the past 25 years sharing her passion and knowledge of fitness and health and inspiring leaders in her path. Mo is the Vice President of Operations for the GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Canada and she has been employed with GoodLife Fitness since 1984 and still teaches Group Exercises classes weekly in London, Ontario. Mo is the Director of Education for canfitpro and has been instrumental in its conception and development since 1994. Mo is a Canadian “3-stripe” athlete with adidas, independent NU SKIN ENTERPRISES distributor, BodyLife Europe International Educator of the Year (1996), the Canadian Presenter’s Choice winner (1997), the IDEA Program Director of the Year (1998), BodyWise International Personal Lifetime Achievement award winner (2002) and the 2006 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year. Mo is the author of “FIT-iology—the study of fitness in action” books (Volumes I, II & II), “Professional Women Speak Out” (Volume II), fitness columnist for Canadian Living, a featured fitness columnist for various consumers magazines and on-line e-news including: www.goodlifefitness.com; MORE Magazine and the new “Real Women of London” magazine, a regular featured writer in Canadian Fitness Professionals magazine and a regular face and voice on television and radio. Mo travels and presents at over 12 fitness and related conferences annually and speaks corporately at local and national events and fundraisers. |



Rod is the Vice-President of canfitpro and has influenced thousands of people to transform their lives, and the lives of those around them. Rod is an avid multi-sport athlete, Ironman competitor, former competitive rower, coach, published author, and editor. He recently completed a cross-Canada bike ride, raising awareness and funds for the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride. Rod credits his success and happiness to his philosophy of individual responsibility and community contribution.
