212 How to Work In (L) Mark Stone Somehow, people have come to believe that unless exercise leaves them utterly fatigued, it isn't working. No pain, no gain. This mindset has left therapeutic, health-building modalities very unpopular with the masses. In this lecture, Mark shares simple and effective methods to determine how much vitality one should really apply to movement to cultivate and maintain health and well-being.
