  • All prices are in Canadian dollars. Space in sessions is filled on a first-received, first-processed basis. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Payment must be received by the dates above in order to qualify for the best rates.


Member rate
Can-Fit-Pro members pay the lowest registration fees. Please be sure your membership is current at the time of the conference. If your membership expires before the conference date, please add the membership renewal of $49 to your subtotal.

Non-member rate
Special offer to non-members: when you register at the non-member rate, you will be awarded a one year professional membership ($69 value)! Please note, if you are currently a member or have expired in the last year, please select the member rate and renew your membership.

Student rate
Can-Fit-Pro offers a special conference registration rate to students currently enrolled in high school or a post-secondary program. This special promotion includes admission to the conference sessions, trade show, and keynote. To be eligible, students must hold a current Can-Fit-Pro Student Membership prior to registering for the conference. Membership registration is available online with verification of student status.

One-day registration
One-day registrations will only be available after July 16.

On-site registration
If you missed the registration deadline, you may register on-site at the Can-Fit-Pro Registration Desk., level 600 of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. On-site payment may be by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. No personal cheques please.

On-site registration will have access to sessions on a stand by basis. On-site registration is non-refundable. The Student Special rate does not apply to on-site registration.

You may phone in your registration payment using Visa or MasterCard to guarantee the current conference rate. Session requests, signed waiver of liability, and your credit card authorization signature must be faxed or mailed in within seven (7) business days after your phone payment submission. Make sure you mark “Check here if previously registered by phone” checkbox to avoid duplicate billing. Registering by phone will guarantee you the current conference rate; however, session requests are not accepted over the phone. Please send in your session requests right away to avoid disappointment; session requests are assigned on a first-received, first-processed basis.

Your registration confirmation
All pre-registered delegates will receive a confirmation letter and receipt by e-maill. If no confirmation is received within one business week after you submitted your registration (allow more time for mailed registrations), please contact us immediately at 416-493-3515, or toll free 1-800-667-5622 or e-mail conferences@canfitpro.com. If you do not have a confirmation, you are not registered for the conference!

Payment
Payment must be included with each method of registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. If you are paying by cheque, coupon, voucher or credit note you must mail in your registration; please do not fax. Registrations with NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes), and will not be processed.

Easy payment plan
If you register online you may choose the Easy Payment Plan which consists of two equal payments. Pay 50% of the total amount when you register and the balance will be charged to your credit card 30 days later. This offer is only available until July 1. Note: There will be a $10 fee for this service.

Delegate referral incentive
Refer a brand new delegate to the conference and receive a $10 gift certificate to use at the Can-Fit-Pro trade show booth! The person referred by you must complete the related section on his/her registration form. You will be able to pick up your gift certificate at the registration desk when checking in.

Group discounts
Groups of four or more are eligible for a discount of $10 off each delegate’s registration (before tax).

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for an additional complimentary registration. When 10 delegates pay for the conference, an eleventh delegate can attend for free and all members in the group receive the $10 discount.
Please send complete group registrations by fax or mail and include a cover sheet listing all people in the group and indicate clearly the name of the person to receive the complimentary registration. If one member of the group is paying by cheque, then all registrations must be received by mail.

Note: Once a registration is processed, discounts and/or promotional codes cannot be retroactively applied.

If your employer is paying for your registration
Regardless of who is paying for your registration, payment must accompany your registration. Registration without payment will not be processed. Sorry, no purchase orders and no invoicing.

Partial registrations
Single-session registrations are not available. It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the conference without refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially-used registrations (i.e. left early on conference day).

Cancellation policy
All conference cancellations, including reason for cancellation must be received in writing (fax/mail/e-mail) to Can-Fit-Pro by 6:00 p.m. EST, July 30. Your fee will be refunded less a $25 administration fee (plus GST). No refunds will be given after July 30. No refunds or credit given for no-shows, partially-used registrations, on-site registrations, or memberships included in the non-member rate.

Session requests
You must fill in the session codes in the spaces provided on the registration form. We ask you to fill in your first through fourth requests for each time slot to ensure that you are registered for a session of your choice.

Stand-by procedure
If all session requests are full, you will be assigned a “stand-by” status, which allows you to attend any session during that time slot on a space-available basis. You will be admitted to the session after the pre-registered delegates. Equipment may not be available for stand-by delegates. Pre-registered delegates: you risk losing your space in a session if you arrive late. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
